
Carolina Panthers All-Pro defensive end Julius Peppers was not placed with the franchise-play tag Tuesday afternoon. Julius Peppers has been play with the Panthers for the past eight years recording 81 sacks. To place the tag on Peppers would cost the Panthers more then $20 million, the General Manager Marty Hurney said he had to look at other players. There were four other impact players for the Panthers about to hit free agency and they need to spend some money on them. I say it was a good idea...
