Dec. #10: Golden Globe Noms, Premium TV Streaming Online, and Nook Cracked


This years Golden Globe nominations have been released. You can now watch TV shows on the Comcast website by streaming it to your computer, its called Fancast. The Barnes & Nobel nook Ereader was cracked by hackers, they turned into a giant Android phone... Because of this the Ereader is getting a price cut for the holidays.

Dec. #9: PC Games on Demand, McDonalds Wi FI, and Mr. Skins Top 10.


Microsoft now lets you download video games on demand. It will have fierce competition with Steam, which is an online download place kinda. McDonald's will soon become the worlds largest provider of free Wi Fi. Soon 11 thousand McDonald's will stop charging for it Wi Fi connection, joining Barns and Nobel and Starbucks. Mr. Skin released the top 10 best nude scenes from films of 2009!

Dec. #7: Amazon, Failed Russian Missile, and No Doubt.


Amazon,com is letting you stream movies to your PC or Tivo after you buy them. Though this only works for 300 of their 330,000 movies on the website. There were reports of a strange spiral of light in the sky over Russia, t has no been stated that this was caused by a failed Russian missile launched from a submarine. No Doubt is suing Activision for its game band hero, for allowing anyone to use band memebers to play anyone elses song in the game.

Dec. #6: AT&T, Time Picks Top Gadet, Best of 2009,


AT&T admits that their coverage sucks in New York and San Fransisco, they are now going to charge more for their service!! Time Magazine chose Verizon's Droid Pone as the top gadget of the year. Apple released the best top selling iTunes content and apps of 2009, the top song was Boom Boom Pow by the Black Eyed Peas.

Dec. #5: Apple, Crunchpad, and Spaceship Two.


Apple bought the music streaming service Lala.com. It is a website where you can download music faster and cheaper then its competitors. The Crunchpad, a touch pad portable internet browsing device, was canceled for production earlier this year. It's production contractor released the tablet on their own though and renamed it Joo Joo. Spaceship Two is the first passenger commercial spacecraft to take passengers out to space! For the price of $200,000 you will be able to experience up to five minutes of weightlessness.

Dec. #4: Facebook, 3D Films, Feds Spying with GPS.


Facebook users are getting more privacy options, such as having private posts that only certain people can see. The update should take place over the next couple weeks. Sony is making a deal to make a 3D sequel to "Zombieland", also Paramount is making the next "Jackass" movie 3D. The Federal Government used the Sprint Nextel company to locate 8 million customers over the last year, who were under investigation. There was also a web portal that allowed law enforcment officers to enter a users phone number and recieve GPS cordinates of the phone location.

Dec. #3: Youtube, Movie Remakes, and Ebay.


Youtube is charging $1.99 to stream a show and watch it on its website, though you pay to watch it once you can not download it. Disney is remaking its original movie "The Black Hole", the classic novel "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" will be turned into a mini series. The band Nine Inch Nails is selling its gear on Ebay. They are starting to sell their guitars and basses as of now, but soon they will be selling drum kits and road gear. They're selling all this to earn some extra cash.

Dec. #2: Shopping Deaths, Cyber Monday, Top Word of the Year.


The number of shopping related deaths has decreased since last year, and spending was up. The most popular site so far has been Amazon for Cyber Monday. Twitter was this years top word in the English language, it beat H1N1, Obama, and vampire in most commonly used words.

Dec. #1: Red, Top Searches, Google Calendar, and Ebay.


Many popular websites are changing their home colors to red in support of World AIDs Day. The top Yahoo and Google searches of the year are Michael Jackson, Twilight, and Facebook. Google has a new calendar feature that lets you see if your friend is busy during a certain time if they have public viewing on. Ebay has been fined 1.7 million euros. they violated a conjunction that prevents the site from hosting sales.

Nov. #10: Google Coupons and New AT&T 3G Plan


Google now makes it easier to search coupons from your cell phone. AT&T's new 3G plan can be purchased daily weekly or monthly opposed to its set monthly plan. They still have poor coverage though.

Nov. #9: You Tube Direct and Brock Lesnar


You Tube launched You Tube Direct to help users upload their own news footage on to the site. This allows amateur reporters to get their name out there because major news sources can request to use your footage. Brock Lesnar had to call of his heavy weight title fight because he caught mono earlier in the year. His illness lead to another discover of a greater illness he had contracted, a bad infection. He had surgery and is under way to recovering, before the surgery some said he would not ever be able to fight again.

Nov. #8: Modern Warefare 2 Records, Intel pays off AMD, Facebook,


Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 posts record sales, in one day it sold 4.7 million copies. Intel and AMD settled their conflicts. Intel payed AMD some money and AMD dropped their legal charges against Intel. Facebook was able to help a man get out of jail, the man had posted a ststus update from his home around the time he was suspected of robbing a bank...

Nov. #7: Forza Motorsport 3


Forza 3 is a new racing simulator game for the Xbox 360. It has over 400 cars and 100 tracks to choose from. Because of the games great accessibility and graphics it has gotten high reviews. I own a copy myself and I must say it's pretty awesome.

Nov. #6: Google Chrome OS, AOL cuts 2,500, and Automatic Captions for You Tube


Google Chrome OS was shown off at a press event. Its a nice free operating system which has a 7 second start up time. Most data is stored in the Google data base online so no need for a large hard drive. AOL called for 2,500 employees to give their jobs up for part of the reconstruction plan. Those who give up their jobs willingly well get a larger severance package hen those who are fired. You Tube now has automatic captions on every video and you can choose from 51 different languages.

Nov. #5: Google Smart Phone, DVD2BLU, IBM Super Computer


Google is releasing its own smart phone early next year, it may not be a phone at all though. It may be data only but everyone can still make calls. Home Warner is allowing you to send in you DVD to get a Blu Ray version of that movie in exchange for a small fee. IBM's Supercomputer models a cats entire brain, though it ran 80 times slower hen an actual cat brain. They hope by 2018 they have enough comuting power to simulate a human brain, learning from real worl enviorments and interacting with other beings.

Nov. #4: Russia Bands Modern Warfare 2, New Droid Phone, You Tube is in full HD, Obama Doesn't Tweet.


Russian banned the new best selling Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 because of a graphic level depicting innocent Russian civilians being massacred in an airport. The developer re releasing the game taking that level out. The new Verizon Droid phone sold 250,000 in its first week, this is the first Verizon smart phone that has a feature set comparable to the iPhone. You can now upload and view videos on to You Tube in full 1080 HD. Finally Barack Obama does not actually Tweet, so that's not really him giving you those updates. I guess thats good because he is too busy being the President.

Assassins Creed 2 is a new video game for the Xbox 360. Playstation 3, and PC. One location of the game is in Venice, where you can swim, climb, jump, and interact with everything in the city. It is set come out November 17, 2009.

Nov. #2: T-mobile and The 7 Essential PC Apps


T-mobile had a blackout which wiped all information off of sidekick users and didn't let anyone make calls or texts. The cause of the problem is still unknown.
There are now 7 essential new PC apps which include the following: AVG anti virus free edition, Sea Monkey(includes Fire Fox and website editing), Pidgin ( for online communicating), Open Office ( free Microsoft Office), VLC Media Player, Paint, and Trend Micro Hijack this.

Nov. #1: Best Buy Movie Service, Twitter Peek, Fake Argleton UK


Best Buy has a new service where you can buy or rent movies on any device. Twitter has the new Twitter Peek, a device that does nothing but Twitter. Google Maps created a town named Argleton in the UK, and it doesn't really exist.
